Your Impact

Centro Restaurant Group prides itself on our hospitality. We understand part of that hospitality includes having store-front locations that have well-maintained amenities and equipment. As the CRG Facilities Assistant you will be the behind the scenes person that keeps our spaces looking beautiful and working well; overall adding to our hospitable and fun atmosphere. As the CRG Facilities Assistant you will work on maintenance jobs across all  6 store locations. You will work closely with store leadership to execute store needs and will be responsible for managing multiple maintenance projects..

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Completing minor repairs including but not limited to; fixing broken chairs, tables and doors
  • Installing, assembling and/or disassembling store fixtures and furniture
  • Painting, caulking, puttying walls for improvements
  • Assisting with restaurant equipment maintenance as needed 
  • Executing applicable plumbing and electrical maintenance
  • Assisting with general grounds maintenance as assigned
  • Communicating and collaborating with store leadership to assess repair needs
  • Detecting and reporting any needs for major repairs
  • Assisting in organizing larger repairs with guidance from executive team
  • Communicating with vendors and external maintenance personnel as needed

What You’ll Bring 

  • Handy person, repair, maintenance and/or technician experience
  • Experience working safely with power-tools
  • Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-initiative
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Ability to travel between CRG locations
